Darien Rowayton Bank Announces Key Hire
Local Community Banker hired as Senior Vice President and Commercial Lender
Darien Rowayton Bank hired Robert Mantilia as Senior Vice President to focus on its expanding base of business clients. Mantilia has over thirty-five years of banking experience, primarily with JPMorgan Chase where he served in a variety of retail and commercial assignments throughout his career. Since 1991 Mantilia has worked in the Connecticut market where he served as the Chase Real Estate Finance Executive for the state along with statewide responsibilities for Community Development and Government Affairs. Most recently, Mantilia served as the Chief Lending Officer and Chief Marketing Officer for a local bank.

Locally, Mantilia serves on the boards of Malta House of Good Council, Catholic Charities of Fairfield County and the Greater New Haven Community Loan Fund. He is a member of the Order of Malta. Mantilia graduated from St. Bonaventure University and is the father of two children. He resides in New Canaan with his wife Susan.
