Zero Balance Accounts

Zero Balance Account (ZBA) checking accounts are designed to maintain zero balances even as checks are written against them. They are funded by a primary, centralized account that receives all deposits and disburses funds to a ZBA only when necessary. We will work directly with business clients to set-up ZBA accounts for various purposes in providing a convenient way to improve cash flow and put excess funds to work.

Lock Box

Our lock box services streamline accounts receivable processing. Customer payments are sent to our dedicated P.O. Box number after which we process the payments and post the checks. We will also provide payment records, as required, in both electronic and paper form.
