Darien Rowayton Bank is participating in the FDIC Transaction Account Guarantee Program.

Through June 30, 2010, all non-interest bearing checking accounts including all IOLTA accounts, and all personal and business accounts paying interest of .50% APY or less are fully guaranteed by FDIC TAGP for the entire balance of the account. Coverage under the FDIC TAGP is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules which has increased to $250,000.00.
